ISCCSP 2014 Registration

On-line Registration and payment is preferred. Your registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system. All registrations will be handled by Ms. Stamatia Gika of (the Conference’s management company).

You may proceed with registering on-line at the end of this page. Before you proceed with submitting your registration, please read carefully the information on registration methods, payment, purchasing additional items, and cancellation policy.

    • For each accepted paper to be included in the Conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore, at least one author must register by February 10, 2014, at one of the first 3 fee categories shown above. Also the paper must be presented at the conference.

    • Each non-student registration fee covers up to one paper, up to 4 pages long. Each page after the 4th is charged €50 and should be purchased as an additional item. Each 4-page additional paper (after the first) is charged €200.

    • To be eligible for the early registration fee, payment of registration must be received by February 10, 2014. Registration payments after that date will be charged with the late registration fee.

    • IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE members at the time of registration - visit to join. IEEE members should provide their Member No (in the registration form) and be prepared to show their IEEE membership card at the conference registration desk.

    • Students must be prepared to show their student card or any document certifying their student status.

    • For visa purposes, the conference organization will issue at request official invitation letters, ONLY after your registration is completed and payment has been confirmed.

    • Registration by phone is not possible.

    Participation of accompanying persons in the various social events of the Conference will be available at an extra cost.

    Registration Ways

    The preferred method of providing your data for registration is on-line, regardless of how you will pay the registration fee. The first time you use the on-line system you must create a user account. Once you register your data, you may select a method of payment.

    1. Each participant must register separately.

    2. Receipts will be given on site. No invoices will be sent in advance.

    3. Upon receiving your complete registration application and respective payment, the registration desk will email you a confirmation letter, including your registration number. You must print this official confirmation letter and bring it with you to the on-site registration desk!

    On-line registration will remain available until May 13, 2014. After this date, registration will be possible only at the on- site registration desk.

    Fee Payment Options

    All payments must be made in Euro. Once you have provided your registration data on-line, you will be allowed to CONTINUE TO PAYMENT. There, you will be presented with the following options:

    In the unfortunate event that a registration must be cancelled, a refund of all prepaid fees will be made, excluding an administration charge of €100, provided that advance written notification is submitted by April 10, 2014. No refunds will be made for cancellations received afterwards. All refunds will be handled within 30 days after the end of the Conference.

    Purchasing Additional Items

    Those who have already registered but would like to purchase any items (i.e., conference proceedings, welcome reception tickets, conference dinner tickets, or lunch tickets), in addition to those included in their registration fee, must use an additional registration application form.

    This “additional registration form” can not be submitted on-line. It should be downloaded from the registration page, filled in with credit card or bank transfer information, scanned, and emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Confirmation will be sent via email, after proof of payment has been received. Please remember to print and bring the confirmation e-mail to the registration desk, in order to collect your additional items.

    Letters of Invitation

    Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Conference may write to the Registration Desk ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) specifying the necessary details. Please note that this procedure aims to assist delegates, who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Conference.

    Payment for registration fees must have been finalized, before requesting an invitation letter. Please make sure that in your request to the Registration Desk for an invitation letter you include:

    1. Name, postal address, and a valid email address;
    2. Paper number, if you are presenting a paper;
    3. The words “invitation letter request” in the subject field of your email request.

    The invitation letters will be emailed in a printable color pdf format and will state the following:

    • Conference title, dates, and location
    • That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full
    • Whether the requester is a Conference Committee Member or author of a paper

    Attendees who need visas are advised to apply for it to the respective consulate/embassy no later than 3 months prior to the Conference. For visa information, please visit the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs

    Personal Insurance

    The organizers cannot be held responsible for accidents to Conference participants or accompanying persons, for damage or loss of their personal property or for cancellation expenses, regardless of cause. Therefore, participants should make their own insurance arrangements. Please consult with your local insurance sources regarding coverage.
