PARTICIPANT'S INFORMATION


Oral Presentation

The oral presentation may last 18 minutes. For the presentation please see below at Speakers' Facilities. Each presenter is expected to provide the presentation to the Speakers' Desk in due time before the presentation.


Poster

Poster size should be limited to the following dimensions: 95 cm x 190 cm ( W x H )


Speakers' Facilities

All speakers should submit their presentation (preferably in pdf or ppt format) on a USB memory stick to the Speakers' Desk (in the registration area) at the time of registration, preferably one day prior to their presentation. The file should be named according to the session code and paper sequence, e.g., W1L-A.4.pdf, for the fourth paper in lecture session W1L-A.


Registration Hour

The ISCCSP 2014 registration desk will operate at the conference venue, during 16:00-19:00 on Tuesday, May 20, and during 08:00- 17:00 on the following days, till Friday, May 23.


Registration Material

The Confirmation of Registration email you may have received is the only official document that certifies registration. This document has to be shown on site for the registration material (bag, proceedings, program, badge, etc.) to be handed to the participant.


Meeting Rooms

Lecture sessions are held in rooms Aegean Sea, located in the hotel lobby level, as well as rooms Corfu I and Corfu II, located in the mezzanine, one floor above the hotel lobby. Poster sessions will be held in room Crete located in the mezzanine.


Badge

Once the participant has received his/her badge, the badge is the only official evidence of registration. Thus, participants not wearing the badge will not have access to the symposium sessions, nor to all food & beverage functions! Loss of badge will mean loss of registration. A new badge can be issued only after new registration and payment of the conference fee.


Meals

ISCCSP will provide lunch to all registered participants, during Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Lunch tickets should be presented at the restaurant entrance. Tickets should also be presented for the social events.


Official Language

English is the official language of the conference. No translation is available.


Internet

Wireless internet will be available throughout the venue.
